1. Returns
Eligibility:

- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged products not caused by our shipping process
- Custom or made-to-order marble items
- Perishable goods like edible pink salt (unless damaged or expired upon arrival)
- Items on sale or purchased with special discount codes (non-refundable)
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
